Southwest Texas Electric Cooperative understands that your time is valuable. For your convenience, members have several options for payment of their electric bill.
This option allows an easy and secure way to take care of your monthly bill. You can view your account balance, current or past bills, and make payments anytime throughout the month by debit/credit or e-check. Online payments can only be applied to your electric account.

Members who set up this convenient service can rest easy that their bill is automatically paid every month. To be able to set up any of the following Auto-Pay options, the balance of your account has to be zero. If the balance of your account is not zero, you can pay your balance by credit card or e-check, save your profile and then setup for auto-pay to be established.
Auto-Pay by Credit Card: Your credit card will be automatically debited for the amount of your electric bill every month on the day you choose.
Auto-Pay by E-Check: You specify a checking account that will automatically be debited for the amount of your bill each month on the day you choose.
Our headquarters is located in Eldorado, Texas at 101 East Gillis Avenue. Our office hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 7:30 AM to 4 PM. We offer three easy options for your convenience.
Night Drop - For your after-hours convenience, we offer a night drop box located outside in Eldorado. For your safety, limit the payment to checks or money orders. Cash is not accepted via night drop.
